Lesson Learned: Dark Rooms Need Flash

ISO: 800  f/2.8  SS: 1/20

So, let's name all the things I've done wrong for this picture. For one, I took pictures in the theatre without flash. Two, my ISO is wrong. Very wrong, especially for the theatre.  F/2.8 and 1/20 shutter speed? Why..? I needed MORE light, not less. And 1/20 of a second... What the heck was I thinking? I wasn't, I can tell you that much. I was NOT thinking.

What could I have done better? Uh... everything. Lighting, used flash, set my camera's settings properly... You know, the works. I definitely learned my lesson. I'm very disappointed with myself. Ugh.

I cropped, exposure adjustment, fill light, straightened it, and added a brush tool on his face to actually show ANYTHING.
